the following video library is an on-demand reference resource to supplement one on one sessions. Here you will find homework exercises to reinforce elements from past sessions and prepare for progressive adaptations. 

Videos are organized in sequence, but effective, long-term resolution is not linear. Video recommendations will be directed by need as the body progresses and gaps are discovered.
